We are seeking a results-driven Technical Electrical Internal Sales person to join our team. You will handle inbound calls, prepare quotes, and process orders for electrical products. to grow our market share in the electrical and industrial automation sector. You will drive B2B external sales, and provide expert technical guidance on switchgear, motors, and variable speed drives (VSDs) etc.
📢 ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS
– Industry: Electrical, switchgear, industrial automation, motors/VSDs, distribution boards, circuit breakers
– Experience: Min 2-3 years technical/external B2B sales in electrical/industrial sector
– Min 2 years internal sales in electrical wholesaler/manufacturer environment preferred
– Requirements: Matric, Technical qualification/diploma advantageous
– Strong product/technical knowledge, knowledge of switchgear products, quotations, order processing, customer service skills
Key Duties:
Quotations, technical support, achieve sales targets
New business development
Handle inbound enquiries, prepare quotes
Process orders
Liaise with external sales + technical team
Client visits only if and when necessary.
