We have a great opportunity for a Technical Specialist in the dairy industry. Your role will be to enhance the sales of our Dairy product line and to offer necessary technical and product assistance to the Company’s Technical Advisors, Customers, and potential clients, we aim to achieve our annual budgets and objectives for the region while also increasing sales volume and profit margins. The ultimate goal is to meet the annual financial targets set for the region and to boost both sales volume and profit margins.
📢 ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- B Agric / B.Sc. Agric or 3-year Agricultural diploma
- Registered Professional Nutritionist (SACNASP)
- Possession of a valid code 08/EB driver’s license
- 3+ Years’ experience in similar role.
- Experience in selling and marketing essential
- Working knowledge with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical:
• Monitor and report as per objectives on Proof of Performance and margin monitoring and heifer costing models heifer
• To understand the principles of Dairy nutrition
• Monitor product performance / market trends
• Development of products in conjunction with Global and local dairy product manager.
Selling:
• The selling and supporting of the Company Dairy range external to current clients and prospect clients.
• To achieve monthly & yearly sales budget per customer and 5 level classification
Administration:
• Registrations and legal aspects of Dairy products
• To handle the necessary administration and liaison with relevant key customers /customers/potential customers and in house personnel.
Standard
• Continually striving to improve through teamwork with other employees all related aspects of De Company business.
• Using objective measurement, identifying problems within the company and subsequently identifying the “root cause” of problems
