📢 ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- 3-5 years external Sales experience in Hygiene & Pest Control industry.
- Strong prospecting and closing ability
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
- A high achiever in a target driven environment, who will be able to bring in margins within specific budgets.
- Must have good planning and organising skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
- Sales performance – Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Cold calling & referrals to find new prospects
- Set up pre-determined number of appointments with potential customers
- Conduct site surveys to determine potential customers’ needs
- Do quotations and presentations to potential customers of all services within the Office Services division
- Manage and develop a sales pipeline and forecast business weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Input all information onto the CRM system, to manage contacts, opportunities, pipeline and diary
- Ensure all documentation is correct when handing it over to Installations and Finance for processing
- Drive the installation until completion
