CFO (Chief Financial Officer) – KWAZULU NATAL (Manufacturing)

Oversee the financial operations of the company. Rebuild, enhance, and guide a high-achieving finance team, promoting a culture of teamwork and responsibility. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions. This includes tax planning and compliance with tax regulations. Guarantee that financial transactions, policies, and procedures align with the organization’s short-term and long-term business goals, while also adhering to regulations, accounting principles, and standards. Your role will include financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and IFRS.

📢 ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Qualified Registered CA (SA)
• 10+ years post qualification financial management experience – within a manufacturing environment;
• IFRS, Tax and reporting requirements
• Advanced SYSPRO essential
• Sound costing & management accounting experience
• Excellent communication, reporting and interpersonal skills, verbal and written;
• Strong problem-solving & suggesting re-engineering methodologies to increase efficiency;
• Hands on and organized
• Can multi-task and work under pressure;
• Strong attention to detail
