📢 REGIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE / QC MANAGER (3 X POSITIONS AVAILABLE – LOCATIONS LISTED)

📍 FOOD MANUFACTURING

As the Regional Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager, your primary objective is to manage daily operations at your designated sites. Establish and oversee the laboratory environment and sustainability to comply with all applicable legal and company standards. Ensure that HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, AFMA, and Act 36 regulatory systems are effectively implemented and maintained at the specified locations and perform relevant internal audits. Engage in and offer assistance for all QA testing at the assigned branches, such as Homogeneity and Carryover Testing, Phytase recovery testing, etc. Lead the Quality Assurance team towards meeting objectives and targets through regular communication.  Conduct regular performance appraisals with relevant Laboratory staff. You hold the responsibility of ensuring that all laboratory activities consistently comply with stringent company and regulatory standards related to HR, quality, safety, risk, environment, and administration. Adhere to and execute the company’s safety, health, and risk protocols as well as work instructions, including all pertinent documentation.

🎯 ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• BSC / BTech Degree Quality Assurance or related with a major in Chemistry
• GMRs qualification where required
• 3 – 5 Years in a Senior QA or Laboratory role in a manufacturing environment
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Valid SA Driver’s License
• No Criminal Record
• Only SA National candidates will be considered for the role
