PRODUCTION COORDINATOR – KLEINBERG, CAPE
To supervise and manage the daily operations of the mill’s production. To guarantee that all company standards regarding HR, quality, safety, risk, environment, administration, and operations are fulfilled within the production setting. Develop a daily production plan and sequencing to achieve optimal efficiencies. Ensure compliance with the Production ERP and application system, including data requirements and precise information capture. Confirm that safe plant operations are established and maintained. Hold production meetings with staff and ensure adherence to Quality and Laboratory Procedures and Work Instructions at the Branch. Address production items noted in the ISO Audit report.
📢 ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12
- Production or related qualification preferred
- Food production / animal production industry experience and dealing with raw materials
- Valid SA Code 08/EB driver’s license
- 3 – 5 Years’ experience in a relevant position
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Can work overtime / long hours
- Can work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
