The Dry Process Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of Weaving, Warp Knitting, Weaving Preparation, and Yarn Storage to guarantee that the necessary standards of Productivity, Quality, Service, and Safety consistently meet or surpass the specified KPIs. This position collaborates closely with PD & Design to ensure that technical factors are considered from the outset during the development process before proposals are presented to the client.

🎯 ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS
• Only SA National candidates will be considered for the role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recognized Diploma (Textile Technology / Engineering)
• Post graduate certifications in production management and SHEQ added advantage
• 5+ years’ experience in a Weaving Manager role within a textile manufacturing operation.
• A proven track record in leading & managing in a manufacturing environment – vertical textiles manufacturing experience, especially in weaving preparation and warp knitting
• Working knowledge of Management Systems (e.g. Lean Sigma, Integrated Management Systems – ISO 9001; 14001; 45001)
