MARKETING MANAGER – HOTEL, KZN

Single Live-in only

The role entails enhancing the hotel’s reputation, boosting brand visibility, generating high-quality inquiries, facilitating revenue growth, and ensuring that all marketing platforms, campaigns, materials, promotions, pricing, and guest communications are precise, professional, and consistent with the hotel’s brand standards.

This position necessitates effective collaboration with management, reservations, external marketing partners, agents, suppliers, and trade representatives to guarantee that all marketing efforts align with the hotel’s goals.

Be prepared to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required

 📢 ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12
• Degree in a marketing-related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing, sales, hospitality, tourism or related
• Must have management experience.
• Previous hospitality marketing experience preferred.
• Valid SA Code 08/EB driver’s license and own vehicle essential
• Can manage marketing spend, invoice tracking, advertising agreements and trade exchanges
• Experience using: Canva, AI Tools, Meta Business Suite, MS Office proficient
• Digital marketing, social media and content management experience
• Strong attention to detail
