📢 GROUP HR MANAGER (MANUFACTURING)
📍KWAZULU NATAL (Upper Highway)
The ideal candidate will lead and execute comprehensive Human Resource strategies encompassing – Talent acquisition, Succession planning, Employment equity, Performance management, and Employee wellness; to build a high-performing workforce and support overarching Group objectives. Your role will be to foster a healthy, high-performing culture that aligns with the Group’s vision.
📢 ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12
- Degree/National Diploma Human Resource Management or Industrial/ Organisational Psychology
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Management role.
- Proven experience Coordinating Trade Union and worker forums
- Direct I.R. experience within the manufacturing Industry.
- In-depth expertise of Labour Legislation
- Proven experience with CCMA representation at arbitration.
- Driver’s License Code 08 and own reliable vehicle.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Disciplined with very high confidence work standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work in a demanding environment
- A pro-active approach to problem solving and operational challenges.
- Sound Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook).
