Our client is seeking a Training Specialist to lead the end-to-end development and delivery of impactful learning programs across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps, design or source custom training solutions, and measure program effectiveness through data-driven evaluation to support employee growth.
📢 ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS
• Matric /Grade 12
• HR Degree or Diploma
• Valid Code 08/EB driver’s license
• 5+ years’ HR experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
• SAGE 300 an adv.
• HR Premier or VIP system essential
• Work knowledge of current Labour Legislation
• Can reconcile for budgetary purposes
• Knowledge of EE and SDF essential
• Salary processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of BEE preferred
