EXECUTIVE CHEF / MANAGER FOR PRIVATE, NON-COMMERCIAL LODGE (LIVE-IN) – LIMPOPO

Our small private, non-commercial 5* lodge, situated on a Big 5 game reserve, seeks your proven Executive chef culinary and lodge management skills. The position will encompass preparing menus and meals as well as the Management of all Lodge departments, guest relations, overseeing the work of contractors, implementing, and managing inventory control, and ensuring best guest experience. You will supervise daily staff (4) activities, manage all operations. Budget and expense management is a crucial aspect of this role.
🎯 ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
✔️Grade 12 / Matric
✔️Hospitality / management qualification
✔️Proven exceptional culinary skills – Experience in 3-5* meal preparation, menu planning & guest nutritional requirements
✔️3-5 years managing kitchen and lodge functions
✔️Valid Driver’s license with PDP is essential
✔️Budget, cost control experience
✔️Proven employment history & contactable references.
✔️Can work long hours and has exceptional communication skills
