Join our growing team as a Factory Shop Supervisor! We need a skilled, driven leader from the retail manufacturing industry to run the daily factory shop activities, guide our team, manage inventory, and drive operational and financial success while delivering great customer service.
ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12 / Matric
• National Diploma or Btech in Retail / Business Management or related
• 5+ years proven experience in a Retail environment
• Min. 2 years’ experience in a Supervisory role essential
• Proven Syspro experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook.
• Fluency in English (read, write and speak)
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Basic financial management
• Sound proven understanding of Stock and inventory control
• Strong leadership and administration skills
• Willingness to work retail trading hours
