Skills
• Construct, assemble, maintain, and repair stationary boilers and boiler house auxiliaries. Align structures or plate sections to assemble boiler frame tanks or vats, following blueprints. +-5
• Use of hand and power tools, plumb bobs, levels, wedges, dogs, or turnbuckles. 10 years
• Assist in testing assembled vessels. 11 years
• Direct cleaning of boilers and boiler furnaces. 10 years
• Inspecting and repairing boiler fittings, such as safety valves, regulators, automatic control mechanisms, water columns, and auxiliary machines. +-8 years
– can read blueprints and ISO drawings
• Computer skills (MS Office)
– MMA. MIG welding and MAG Welding.
• Installation of Structural Steel, Installation of Brackets, Lifting Lugs, Plate Welding, Handrails, Flanges, Walkways, Kick Plates, Grid Mesh, Removal, and Installation.
• Use of Grinders, Mag Drills, Oxy-cutter, EWP, Measuring Tools.

WIS 5 – Welding Inspection
Red Seal Fabrication/Welding
Trade tested Boilermaker / Welder (Red Seal)
Accounting Certificate
