📢 CEO – (Manufacturing Industry)

Reporting directly to the Group Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will guide the organization into its forthcoming stage of expansion and innovation. The CEO will hold the responsibility for steering business strategy, achieving operational excellence, and fostering sustainable growth, all while guaranteeing profitability and maintaining market competitiveness.

🎯 ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12
• Degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Manufacturing, Engineering / related field (Master’s pref.)
• Grad qualifications e.g. MBA / MBL / CIMA/ Finance advantage
• 10+ years’ experience as a CEO or Senior Executive Level in strategic leadership role within manufacturing
• Textile / Similar manufacturing an advantage
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of applicable industry legislation and regulatory framework, including experience in their application
• 7 years of experience and background in the turnaround of distressed business, added advantage
• Stakeholder management skills and proven history of excellent relations with all stakeholders.
