GENERAL DEPOT ADMINISTRATION CLERK
KLERKSDORP, NW

Your position will ensure that information is accurately received, recorded, and disseminated and serve as an administrative support system for other departments. Previous experience in Stock control, raw materials and administration is essential to the post.
🎯 ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Valid SA Code 08/EB driver’s license
- 3+ Years’ experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in data capturing & stock control
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Contactable references
📢 KEY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Coordination of raw material collections and finished product deliveries.
Administration and Coordination of Weighbridge items
Depot relief: Capturing customer orders, Invoicing, Stock order and dispatch
Vehicle control check sheet/trip sheets
