An isiZulu COVID-19 public health poster from the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health, headed "Siyayinqoba: i-Corona Virus COVID-19" — what you need to know to stay safe. It explains that the coronavirus causes respiratory illness ranging from mild to severe, related to MERS and SARS, and shows the virus entering through the eyes (emehlweni), nose (emakhaleni) and mouth (emlonyeni). Guidance: keep 1.5 metres away from anyone coughing, sneezing or unwell, and avoid crowds. It warns that an infected person's saliva can settle on hands, door handles, phones, tools, cups, taps, handrails and cutlery, so touching those and then your face can infect you.
