Being authentic means you… know what matters most in your life, and you live consistently according to your priorities. When you don’t understand something, you admit it and ask for clarification. When someone challenges or disagrees with you, you don’t back down if you know it’s your own personal truth.

Think about this for one minute: if the person providing you the information didn’t get the job with their answers, you probably won’t either, using their answers in your interview!
People buy people – your experience and qualifications count, however it is a bonus if you are the character they believe is the “perfect fit” for that particular environment.
You are beautifully unique and created to stand out. Do this unapologetically, instead of being a carbon copy of someone else.
