We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to increase our market presence and sustain a stable yet growing customer base, all while achieving an above-average return for our stakeholders. This role requires the development, implementation, and management of Technical Advisors located in the Klerksdorp and North West Province region.

Your key functions will include:

Management of marketing strategies for the organization at a regional level for each animal sector. These marketing activities will encompass, but are not limited to, Controlling sales prices, discounts and margins. Monitoring and  developing customer satisfaction levels and relationships, pricing for products and customers, Compiling the Region’s annual sales budget and ensuring that budgeted volume and margin targets are achieved and cost activities are managed within the budget, Implementing the marketing strategy, Managing sales to achieve budgeted targets. Involved in HR related activities and Recruitment and Managing sales technical staff

🎯 ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Matric (Grade 12 Certificate)
• Degree in Animal husbandry and Nutrition or Marketing
• Proven Knowledge of the Animal Production Industry and its players are important.
• 5 Years’ experience in a managerial position
• Extensive knowledge of management and feed milling: Specifically milling and logistics.
• Knowledge of Safety and Risk Management
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word (Advance Level)
• Valid Code 08/EB driver’s license
• Proven track record in regional sales management, with a strong ability to manage and mentor field-based technical or sales teams.
• Will be expected to travel
