📢 SNR. TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER

📌 WESTERN CAPE

 Engage and communicate with pertinent stakeholders in the markets, such as Ministers, Heads of Security Forces, Defense Attaches, Ambassadors, Heads of Industry Partners, Procurement Officers, and others. You will be tasked with identifying business opportunities within a designated Region, Product Group, or Key Accounts. The individual in this role is accountable for managing sales, fostering customer relationships, and implementing marketing initiatives to enhance market share and order intake for the company.

 🎯 ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• NQF 7 qualification in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related
• 5+ years’ experience in a management, senior sales, or technical role.
• Experience within the Security, Technology, or Defense industry.
• Experience in government or defense contracting environments
• Sound knowledge of the Defense Industry, including ammunition and weapon systems.
• Good understanding of global political and economic affairs and their impact on international markets.
• Knowledge of international trade practices, export controls, and applicable regulations.
• Can deliver professional presentations.
• Demonstrated Commercial acumen, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally.
