To grow Company market share and maintain a stable, but growing, customer base, while still obtaining an above average return for all our stakeholders. The development, implementation and management of the Technical Advisors based in the Klerksdorp region.

🎯 ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualification in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Animal Production,
• 5 years’ experience in a managerial role
• Previous experience in technical sales, feed milling, formulation, and farm consultancy
• Experience working within the animal feed manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of ruminant and/or monogastric animal dynamics, production performance metrics, and on-farm feeding management
• Valid Code EB Driver’s License
• Computer literacy, including CRM platforms, MS Office, and reporting systems
• Willingness to travel regionally and engage directly with customers
