VISUAL DEPARTMENT MANAGER – RETAIL INDUSTRY (Port Elizabeth)

Executing effective visual displays in accordance with directives to optimize sales for the department. Merchandising / creative and sound retail experience required. In collaboration with the merchandising team, you will oversee and sustain all visual equipment within the designated department area. You will also relay marketing materials for promotions to the department staff. Additionally, you will contribute to the planning process aimed at enhancing the overall atmosphere of the store and execute the necessary implementations.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12
• Diploma/Degree or relevant qualification advantage
• 2+ years visual experience in a retail environment is essential to the role
• RETAIL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL TO THE POSITION
• Supervisory experience will be advantageous
• Ability to perform manual and technical tasks
• Spatial, dimensional and proportional orientation
• Colour distinction and coordination
• Visual discernment
