STORE ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Manage the administrative operations within the Finance, Payroll, and HR departments of store, ensuring that processes are executed correctly to reduce risk & enhance profitability. Relevant prior experience in the retail sector – required. Responsible for maintaining SMPs. Managing commercial functions during peak times, late trading hours & weekends.

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade11 / Matric (Grade 12)
  • Retail / Business Management Diploma preferred
  • 3 Years previous Stores Administration Department experience in Retail essential
  • Team Management experience
  • Previous experience in administrative functions e.g. accounts, payroll and hr departments
  • Ability to work shifts that meet operational requirements

 JOB DETAILS:

Ensuring the upkeep of all Systems, Methods, and Procedures (SMPs). Reviewing the implementation of essential financial controls and administrative processes in commercial sectors to avert losses. Continuously enhancing (adding value) the efficiency of systems, procedures, and controls throughout all store areas to influence profitability.
