FASHION BEAUTY & HEALTH DEPARTMEN MANAGER – RETAIL INDUSTRY

Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients. Oversee the FBH Department. Utilize your expertise in this field to enhance the sales performance of your department. Recruit, select, manage, and develop personnel to fulfil competency standards. Engage in team activities to guarantee the accomplishment of departmental and store objectives. Oversee the execution and incorporation of new initiatives to meet departmental targets. Take part in general store operational responsibilities and guide and mentor staff to achieve competency standards.

 ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Grade11 / Matric (Grade 12 Certificate)
• Retail and or Business Management Diploma highly preferred
• 3 years relevant role experience in Fashion, Beauty Health in Retail department
• Retail industry experience is essential for the role
• Team, leadership and Management / Supervisory experience within retail
• Ability to work shifts that meet operational requirements
