CFO – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CA) SA

DURBAN (UPPER-HIGHWAY), KWAZULU NATAL

 Our client is looking for your expertise as a CFO (CA) SA to become part of their vibrant manufacturing organization. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic financial planning, risk management, ensuring precise financial reporting, overseeing cash flow, and guiding the finance and accounting teams to maintain the company’s financial stability and promote strategic growth. You will also provide counsel to the CEO and board regarding significant financial decisions.

 ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Registered CA (SA)
• 10+ years post qualification financial management experience within manufacturing
• Tax, and financial regulatory and reporting requirements (IFRS)
• Strong in costing & management accounting
• Proven SYSPRO experience essential
• Excellent reporting and communication (read & write) skills
• Excellent problem-solving & re-engineering methodologies ideas to increase efficiency
• Hands on, cautious approach
• Organized, can multitask & work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail; honesty & integrity
