TECHNICAL MANAGER – RUMINANTS (DELHI / RAJPURA, INDIA)

Overall support to gain maximum market share in animal feed market in India.  Develop key farmers in every region, help to develop the POP’s and use it for marketing.

You will need to be experienced in the Ruminant industry, and animal nutrition and feed products. Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be overseeing product application, positioning and trials. Forging relationships between Head Quarters’ Product managers, Customers and Sales teams. Managing technical presentations, seminars and scientific conferences. Handling multiple priorities efficiently. Assist to get reasonable market share within the animal feed market and handling multiple priorities efficiently.

We seek an experience technical individual in the Ruminant industry, who does not need to be micro-managed. Overseeing product application, positioning and trials. Forging relationships between Head Quarters’ Product managers, Customers and Sales teams. Managing technical presentations, seminars and scientific conferences. Handling multiple priorities efficiently.

ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENT5:

• Min Post Graduation in animal nutrition, Doctorate in the subject is preferable
• Min 8-10 years of experience in ruminant technical services essential
• Proven experience dealing with Farmers Associations, Milk processing companies, Breed companies, Local consultant etc.
• Production/Quality control/ QA/ Customer support/ Purchasing experience
• Understand animal nutrition, livestock farming (especially dairy farming) feed formulation, feed milling and processing
• Excellent communication, presentation and MS Office skills.
• Formulation/ Product management skills
• Valid passport and willingness to relocate to India / currently reside in India.
• Proven relevant experience in the industry
