SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (ENGINEERING)

WATER & INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS INDUSTRY

The successful candidate will be an expert in managing EPC (Engineer, Procure, Construct) projects. You would have executed projects from the cradle to the grave, without jumping ship or job-hopping. Sound experience on contracts – we are not seeking PMs on operational plants.

Oversee and direct extensive projects from the bidding phase through to final completion. Create, sustain, and execute detailed project quality plans to ensure alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards and industry-leading practices.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

– BSc/BTech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering

– 10+ yrs proven project management experience, with a strong focus on water, mining, or industrial

– Professional registration with ECSA as a Pr. Engineering Technologist/Engineer (or in the process of registration).

– In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards

– EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) contract, responsible for the design/engineering & the overall management of the construction phase of a project delivering large, complex projects from initiation to completion.

– Sound experience implementing comprehensive project quality plans & running commercial, legal, contractual project aspects

– Can manage & deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects timeously, within budget.

– Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management
