We are looking for a qualified professional who can effectively engage with high-profile clients. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding presentation abilities, along with proven interpersonal and communication skills. They should be capable of fostering strong relationships and navigating medium to long-term sales processes. Additionally, the candidate must be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach.
Oversee and cultivate a sales pipeline while projecting business outcomes on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Foster relationships across different tiers within an organization by employing direct sales strategies. Pursue leads generated by other business units. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings. Sales performance: guarantee the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Relevant Sales qualification an advantage
- 5+ years of sales experience in new business development. (External sales)
- Proven sales experience and track record in new business development within the Cleaning Industry
- Proficient in adapting to change and adjusting to evolving priorities and deadlines
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- The sales representative should thrive in a fast-paced sales setting.
- Effective cold-calling strategies
