MILLING SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Our recognized, established international client in the milling industry, requires your expertise in Supervising and overseeing shifts’ process to guarantee the mill runs efficiently and provides clients with high-quality feed in a timely and economical manner.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Production
• Valid SA driver’s license
• 3+ years’ experience in the role of Shift Supervisor within a milling & manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook
• Sound experience leading a team of operators

PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN:

• Administrating & coordinating raw materials & finished products.
• Managing the loading and spillage of product bound for delivery to customers
• Waste costing & reducing non-compliance of product
• Root cause analysis
• General maintenance of equipment and broilers
• Scale calibration
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery & plant to reduce callouts for solvable issues
