LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

KIMBERLEY

We seek a dedicated, accurate and hardworking individual to join the team.

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, be responsible for the Nutritionist and make essential decisions to maintain production continuity. Prepare test samples from production materials and perform required physical and chemical analyses on these samples.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Matric (Grade 12 Certificate)
• 5+ Years’ experience in a similar position in a milling / agricultural environment
• Chemical Technician’s Diploma
• Possession of a valid Code 08/EB driver’s license
• Proven experience Testing & administering of raw material & finished product samples
• Sound experience working, maintaining and generating reports from the NIR machine.
• Experience maintaining the GMP and HACCP quality systems regarding lab procedures
