JUNIOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

UPPER-HIGHWAY AREA, KZN

 ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Matric / Grade 12
• Qualification in Human Resources
• MS Office proficient (Excel advanced)
• 5+ years’ experience as a HR Generalist, within a retail industry
• Proficient knowledge of employment laws such as BCEA, LRA, EE, SDA, and Health and Safety regulations
• Proven experience representing the organisation at CCMA (Conciliation and Arbitration)
• Excellent professional and interpersonal skills (Read, write and speak)
• Valid SA driver’s license and own transport
