WHOLESALE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER – POSITION IS BASED IN LIMPOPO

A large Agricultural Animal Nutrition corporate seeks a top calibre, experienced, Wholesale Customer Service Manager for the Limpopo region.

Your responsibilities will encompass guiding sales teams to achieve their sales objectives, managing local and regional sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns. You will engage with key accounts such as Shoprite and Spar, as well as plan and oversee the recruitment and training of both new and existing Customer Managers for Wholesale and other clients. Additionally, you will direct and coordinate all sales operations at both local and regional levels, prepare sales budgets and forecasts, and authorize expenditures.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

• Matric / Grade 12 plus Marketing / Sales qualification advantage
• Minimum 5 – 10 years’ experience in a similar capacity
• Proven experience managing key accounts such as Shoprite and Spar essential
• Proficiency English and Afrikaans
• Clear Criminal Record
• Valid SA Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Computer literate
