CONVEYANCING ATTORNEY – MANAGING AND RUNNING OF CAPE TOWN BRANCH
Position to start January 2025
Our client, an established practice are seeking a dynamic strong charactered individual who is tenacious, resilient and professional to startup, run and onboard new clients within the Western Cape. You will need an acute ability to multi-task, eloquent communication skills and possess a strong desire and ability to work in an environment in collaboration with relevant team members and stakeholders. You will be managing and running the branch from day one. Head Office to provide all additional assistance required e.g. administration etc.

ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- LLB law degree
- Admitted Conveyancer
- 5+ years practice experience in Conveyancing
- Admitted attorney essential
- Admitted conveyancer
- Admission as a Notary advantage
- Proficient Computer literacy
- Valid SA driver’s license and own vehicle
