ANIMAL NUTRITION TECHNICAL SALES ADVISOR

CALEDON / SWELLENDAM, WESTERN CAPE

The goal is to drive the sales of the Company’s extensive Animal Feed product offerings while providing essential technical & product support to the organization, its customers, & potential buyers. Primary objective is to achieve the annual budgetary targets for the region, increase both sales volume and profit margins, and improve the overall viability of farms and farmers.

KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• Matric & B. Agric / B.Sc. Agric / 3 yr. Agricultural diploma
• Sound understanding of the fundamentals of forage production including dryland & irrigated pastures plus other forage crops, where applicable

• Can obtain a SACNASP registration as Prof. Natural Scientist
• 3+ Years’ experience in relevant position
• Must have previous business development / sales experience
• Valid SA Driver’s license (extensive travel required)
• Can work in a demanding environment
• Excellent communication and written communication skills
• Afrikaans language skills an advantage
• MS office work knowledge
